STEFANIA CALUGI company was founded in 1987: Stefania Calugi, descended from a truffle hunters family since the second half of the 1800s, undertook fresh truffle sale after 1985, and when the business was expanded by the introduction of frozen and preserved products there was necessary to build the current establishment and business structure.
Today the company offers a wide selection of fresh/frozen/preserved truffles and mushrooms, together with vegetables in oil, jams, salts, oils and other earth fruits.
Stefania Calugi's commitment has always been characterized by raw materials rigorous selection and processes aimed at maintaining genuine flavors that combine Tuscan tradition with contemporary creativity.

Over the years the company has become a true Italian excellence, also institutionally recognized by "Made in Italy" certification conferred by “Istituto per la Tutela dei Produttori Italiani” (the institute that defends the Italian producers) in 2014.
