Black-violet in the ripeness, with white and thin veins that tend to become reddish in the air and disappear after cooking.

Usually roundish, it can also be irregular or lobed.

Variable: from a hazelnut to an orange, rarely higher.

From November to March.

The aroma is delicate and pleasant and the tasty is flavor: it results perfect with meat dishes.

 

-How to recognize it

The peridium warts are small and slightly pronounced, the color is dark with purple shades of the gleba and the scent is delicate.
