At this point, after careful cleaning, they are cooked following our traditional
recipes and sterilised using the latest technology to
reach your table safely and tastily.
The product is then packed and stored in our warehouse. In compliance with the HACCP
plan, Calugi, carries out strict checks throughout the production process, ensuring that the plant and the production process satisfy all the regulations inherent in the EEC
standardising procedure.
