When you open the jar, dry the truffle with a towel. It is very good thinly cut on “fondute”, risotto, tagliatelle, eggs, etc. You can use its liquid to enrich the flavour of risotto, carpaccio and many other dishes. Particularly suitable for dressing pasta, risotto and main courses.
