Sauces: Condiment for pasta and rice, just add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or a knob of butter.
Creams: Alternative combinations in addition to truffle which are sure to satisfy. Excellent with potato gnocchi or with ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta.
Toast: By adding melted butter it is suitable to enrich risotto, tagliatelle, scaloppini, crespelle, filetti, etc.
Tagliolini: The ingredients are blended using special machines regulated at a very low speed to guarantee a perfectly even dough.
The dough is then rolled out, cut and laid on special sheets of paper folded in the traditional way. The pasta is left in special drying rooms at room temperature with a gradual but continuous change of air for about 48 hours. It is thanks to this process that we are able to obtain a genuine, high quality product.
