Our truffle grounds stretch across the Tuscan hills, in areas with an ideal microclimate for the most prized species: Tuber magnatum Pico, Tuber melanosporum, Tuber aestivum. From harvesting to processing, every stage is directly controlled by us — no intermediaries, no compromise on quality.

Our production facility is located in Castelfiorentino, Tuscany, in the heart of Italy's truffle-growing areas. Over 1,500 m² of production space, processing labs, controlled-atmosphere cold storage rooms, and state-of-the-art packaging lines allow us to guarantee quality and year-round production capacity.
