Still today, Stefania, together with her husband Jurij Marchetti and her team, follows the path of tradition every day, always guided by the desire to experiment: a beautiful Tuscan story.

An expert truffle hunter and a great connoisseur of raw materials, Jurij Marchetti works alongside Stefania in leading the company. He manages fresh, frozen and dried truffles, while also personally overseeing export, business development and product development. Jurij and Stefania are personally involved in defining the company guidelines that, in recent years, have helped drive its growth with great satisfaction.
