“One of our first recipes that dates back to 1988. Stefania Calugi had the idea of melting butter and adding the truffle slices.

A widely used product, simply spread on canapés, or used in the preparation of any dish including dessert. A true delicacy.

Due to the presence of bianchetto truffle slices, we may not add fresh truffle to the dish.

With first courses, use about 20 g of product. Gluten-free product, also suitable for children.”
