Choosing collaborators to create finished products together is not easy and very risky for the company’s image.
We selected the best of the pasta producers for us. LA CAMPOFILONE has managed to reproduce the manual processing of the past in its factory. The selected durum wheat is NON-GMO wheat, grown, stored and aged exclusively in the Marche region. Certified organic so as to preserve a high glutinic and grain size index, avoid starchiness and guarantee the nerve and hold of the pasta during cooking.
The eggs used come from free-range hens fed exclusively with NON-GMO cereals. This is why we decided to give our truffle to Enzo Rossi and thus obtain the excellence of truffle pasta.
