MARZUOLO OR BIANCHETTO TRUFFLE
Smooth, light colored, variable from white-ocher to reddish.
Clear tending to tawny until brown, with few wide white veins.
Variable: tendentially roundish when the truffle is grown in sandy soils, sometimes irregular with gibbous surface.
The size is variable from a pea to a tennis ball.
From January to April.
